i do not know where; for i stayed where i was; with regret; mild regret; for in me there have always been two fools; among others; one asking nothing more than to stay where he is; and; the other hoping that life might be slightly less horrid a little further on.

I love this work - very mature! I bet you'll hate it being called that? I hope not - I'm being serious. It's asian and abstract-expressionistic and all that - William de Kooning meets Insadong meets Ginger Freaded furry man looking for reason in an age of conditionals. You did'nt take any notice at Fart School, did you? It's great work.
a sensuous piece that articulates and juxstaposes the darkness of the artists roaming world with that of his need to purchase a large amount of embrication with the proceeds. I feel that Laing has created a monster, a series of works of collosal proportions which will curry favour both, with the art world and those "lesser beings" who have feel the need to charm their walls with the fire of laings soul! lots of love from your favourite critic and bullshit artist
